A solid foundation and structure.
Alongside the Head of Digital and the Project manager of the project I ran a UX workshop with the client to discover the different User Journeys, objectives, features and flesh out the user stories.
Taking the information learnt from this session I created an information architecture which would ensure a solid structure for the website.
A consultation booking modal would be evident on various pages and were marked accordingly. Features and information were listed out for each page prior to client sign-off.

A modular approach.
Using the Information Architecture and the learnings from the UX Workshop I created wireframes for the website in Sketch.
To enable the design and development of the website to run smoothly I used a modular design method for the various elements. This made it quick and easy to build up the designs as needed with elements from various other pages. This would ensure that the development would be simpler.
I used InVision to create an interactive prototype of the wireframes to ensure the journeys were complete and the client could see how the site 'felt' to navigate.

Fleshing out the UI.
Whilst creating the logo for the brand I developed a design system which would enable the site to be both refined and vibrant when needed. Using a strong contrasting orange and green, I was able to attract attention to particular elements of the UI.
This enabled me to create a well defined and signposted user journey throughout the website.
The site is currently in development and the case study will be updated as progress happens.
